The Cap'n has been on the Lake since 2004.  Starting as a guide, working his way to management and then to ownership.  The Cap'n makes it his responsibility to make sure that every guest has the best experience possible with Lakers Unlimited.  Aside from his busy life behind the scenes, he stills makes it out on the water on a weekly basis to fish with guests.

Bob has been on the lake the longest of us all.  Caught, released, and lost more fish than he dare speaks of or we've ever dreamt about.  Bob first came to Lakers Unlimited in 2001.  His history ranges from being in the military to operating a salmon fishing boat on the west coast of Canada.  Just make sure you are in the kitchen early every morning and you can ask Bob all about his past and memories.  

Nevin and The Cap'n grew up in the same small town in Manitoba.  Nevin came to Lakers Unlimited in 2005.  His laid back nature and sense of humor makes him one of the most entertaining guides to be in the boat with.  Nevin has hiked the mountains in the Yukon to guide for big game and has turned wrenches in mechanic shops.  We are sure glad here at Lakers that he takes some time off from his other jobs to come and help us out every year.
 

He came as Kelly and left as Merle.  Kelly comes from Manitoba also.  This guy grew up with a fishing rod in his hand, if he isn't fishing he is eating or sleeping, and even when he is sleeping he is dreaming of fishing.  Kelly handles the water on the big lake better than most and has a nose for big fish.  A hard working boat captain with a drive to be the best like no other.
 

Jorden is from Vermilion, AB.  He came to Lakers Unlimited in 2011 after graduating from Lakeland College, recieving a diploma in Adventure Tourism.  He has extensive knowledge in ecosystems, plants and animals.  His easy going nature and hot hand on a rod make him an excellent fishing guide.
 

Boyd owns and operates his own outfitting business specializing in waterfowl, bears, and deer called King West Outfitters.  Boyd has had experience guiding fishing all over Canada's North country.  He has been with Lakers Unlimited since 2009, knows his way around a boat, and has a story or two about his years experience in the industry.
 

Trevor has guided on and off for Lakers Unlimited since 2005.  Originally from La Ronge, SK.  He is no stranger to the north country, from working as a fishing guide to being a geo-physics tech surveying and making cut lines.  He is most comfortable standing in the back of a boat searching for the big fish of Lake Athabasca.  Extensive knowledge of the area and one of the best woodsmen, Lake Athabasca is right up his alley.  Don't challenge him to a snow shoe race or a round of golf.

Stacey has been with Lakers since 2011.  She originally started as a camp helper until we realized what a great cook she is.  She has had experience working in remote camps for many years and still continues to work there in the months that the lodge is shut down.  Every summer she returns to Lakers to provide us all with the wonderful food we all love after a hard day on the water.
 

Shalane came to Lakers Unlimited in 2012 to help around the camp.  From the clothes line to helping fix the dock, Shalane is a great part to our team.  She is a school teacher by trade and spends most of the year in the classroom until summer rolls around and she makes her way up to the Lodges in the summer months.
